At Lakshya Foundation, we believe in the inherent potential of every individual, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our foundation was born out of a shared vision – a vision that envisions a world where marginalized communities rise above adversity, where opportunities are not limited by geography, and where education and healthcare are accessible rights for all.
Our journey began with a simple yet powerful idea: to be the catalyst for change that propels tribal communities towards self-sufficiency, dignity, and progress. Over the years, this idea has blossomed into a movement driven by compassion, collaboration, and a relentless commitment to making a positive impact.


Through our diverse range of initiatives, we have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of education. From setting up study centers in remote tribal villages to providing scholarships that pave the way for higher education, we have seen individuals emerge from the shadows of illiteracy and embrace the light of knowledge.


I am particularly proud to share one of our most noteworthy accomplishments – a significant CSR project that breathed new life into the Z.P. School in Lavhali. This initiative not only revitalized the physical infrastructure but also rejuvenated the hopes and aspirations of students and the entire community. The transformation of this school stands as a living testament to our unwavering dedication to creating meaningful change from the grassroots level.

Our impact extends far beyond education. Through our diverse range of initiatives, we have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of empowerment. Consider the inspiring story of Deepa Pardhi, a differently-abled tribal drop-out, who, with the guidance and support of Lakshya Foundation, not only pursued education but also ascended to the esteemed position of Sarpanch in her village. Her journey embodies the synergy of empowerment and determination.

Similarly, the tale of Meena Vare resonates as a testament to resilience and the profound impact of education. Overcoming the odds posed by a meager family income of 6000 rupees, Meena’s relentless pursuit of education, bolstered by the unyielding support of Lakshya Foundation, culminated in her earning an M.A. degree. Meena’s journey not only transformed her own life but also uplifted her brothers, illuminating the cascading effect of empowerment.

The contours of our impact are not confined to academic pursuits alone. Through our concerted efforts, a former dropout has risen to become a nurse, and another has taken on the noble responsibility of serving in the navy.

These narratives are emblematic of the unwavering spirit of Lakshya Foundation, propelled by a vision that transcends boundaries and redefines lives. They underscore the remarkable impact that collective compassion can have on the trajectories of individuals and communities.

But our impact doesn’t stop at education alone. We understand that true empowerment encompasses holistic development. Our healthcare camps have restored vision, brought relief, and ignited hope in the lives of countless individuals. Our efforts to provide clean water, improve sanitation, and enhance livelihood opportunities have contributed to sustainable change at the grassroots level.
